For many midcentury modern aficionados, there’s nothing more stylistically perfect than a 1950s or 60s time capsule. Unlike recently renovated midcentury homes, a time capsule hasn’t been touched—or tampered with, in some people’s opinions—by contemporary sensibilities.

The latest time capsule home to cross our desk is this three-bedroom, two-bath home in Hickory, a city about an hour northwest of Charlotte, North Carolina.
